打开小程序选学校，按通勤、区域、租金看房，收藏对比。Open the mini-program, choose your school, compare rooms.
提交预订意向Send a request
选好房间、入住日期和租期提交，房间这时还没锁定。Choose the room, date and term. Nothing is reserved yet.
顾问拉群，付定金Deposit with a consultant
顾问在企业微信群里和你确认房况、签定金合同；付定金后房间锁定给你。In a WeCom group, the consultant confirms the room and the deposit agreement; then the room is yours.
签约、入住Sign and move in
签好租约，入住当天顾问陪同交钥匙、验房。Sign the lease; a consultant joins you at key handover.
